5 egg whites I'n a microwave for 90 seconds

 

After throw those eggs I'n a blander- 3 ,scoops of chocolate whey protein ,2 spoons of natural peanut butter and 4 icecubes ,1teaspoon of cocoa extract

 

Blend it really good and then put it I'n a dish leave it I'n a fridge for 30 minutes ... It's amazing try it
