I started to train in 1986 febuary. At that time I worked out 4 days per week. As of 1987 I went to a 5 day per week workout. As of 1988 I went to a six day workout week and have not missed a week since.
Thanks man, I was gonna compete but i got hit with some personal issues i had to take care of... it has forced me to cancel my plans to compete for about another year unfortunately.. Training is goin really well, thanks for asking, what about you? how is your studio?
