This is my personal bio:
I am a personal trainer and aerobic intructor and have been in the fitness industry for about 15years and still loving in. I enjoying training my clients and training young hockey players during their off season. I teach Hi Lo, Step, Cycling, Muscle Conditioning classes and just started teacing bootcamp.
These are my accomplishments:
Most of my accomplishments are through my clients. Seeing one make it to the OHL, a 72 year old kick some booty in my cycling class and my special needs client making progress week by week is what verifys that I do is right. I have participated in three fitness competions, which I never thought I would.
Also being in what I think is my best shape ever is my personal accomplishment. I was alway the fat girl growing up weighing close to 200lbs when I was 13years. I made a promise to myself at 25years that the older I get the better I want to be. Gosh darnet, I like to think I'm pretty close.
These are my fitness related goals:
I would like to help anyone who is intrested in participating in a fitness competion just to have them try it once.
Also, I would like to participate in a cycling race since I really can't run that well.
