I've been in the military since 2005 and was in phenomenal shape. Following a couple of injuries, I got caught in an endless cycle of complacency, which led to exhaustion, which led to not going to the gym, for a long time. I then decided to reclaim my life, at the encouragement of my friends and loved ones and have been giving 100% since! I am a very driven, goal-oriented person and need a deadline, so signing up for fitness modelling and then fitness competitions will keep me going towards my goal!
These are my accomplishments:
I have an Honours Bachelor's Degree from McMaster University and a Business Post-Grad in Human Resources Management. I am a Captain in the Canadian Armed Forces and want to lead by example in fitness as well as soldier skills!
Fitness-wise, I have whittled my BF% down to about 17% but have a few more to go!

I want to work on building lean muscle and continuing to lose those last few percentage points of fat. I am looking forward to working very hard to achieve my goals. Ultimately, I want to compete in a fitness modeling competition within the next year.
