Trevor is best known for his ability to motivate people and really help them change the direction of their lives. His mission and purpose is to teach people the fundamental principles of fitness, nutrition and weight loss. However, he doesn’t just want to provide information. Fitness information can be found anywhere and much of what can be found is misinformation. Trevor’s goal is to educate you on the correct principals of weight loss, exercise and nutrition; then empower you to take action! Knowledge is power, but knowledge that is not used and applied is wasteful.
Having completed two years of Fitness Studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), Trevor graduated with a thorough understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics of the body, movement mechanics, injury rehabilitation, postural analysis, in-depth nutrition, Advanced Strength Training/Core Training Principals and lifestyle counselling. From 1999-2013 he has provided his services as a Personal Trainer in fitness club facilities, conducting private in-home sessions, working as a independent personal trainer and owning his own business.
As a testament to his own fit and healthy lifestyle Trevor trains 5 days a week using a very holistic approach to fitness, one that includes core strength and endurance, cardiovascular training, strength and muscular conditioning as well as postural balancing and flexibility training.
Trevor currently lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, with his spouse and 1 year old child, Kai.
