I have been weight training off and on for 10 years now. I've always been active and did snowboarding, skiing, swimming, dance, gymnastics and my favourite, horseback riding as a kid and teenager. Now I enjoy weight training, aerobics, dance, yoga and walking daily!! I like to toy with other platforms of movement. Being active makes me happy and I am very interested in business opportunities!
